called provider starting at 8 am. after several emails back and forth throughout the day. i finally gave up and told them i was going elsewhere. thats when they finally confirmed. nice and cordial people but a little flaky. i confirmed several times that it would be the exact girl in the picture. the first time the agency said no my first choice was unavailable. they then sent me a picture of another girl which was not yet on the website who was available. they were honest about the first choice not being available so i decided to trust them and give them the benefit of the doubt with the 2nd choice.
