How to make a booking:

Ready to set the date? I can’t wait to meet you! Please take the time to read my ad in full and write a complete enquiry. I’m more likely to reply to those who make a conscious effort to make a good first impression! I appreciate an organised human, who provides me with ample notice for our booking (24 hours prior preferred). I am usually able to accommodate shorter notice outcalls, to reputable hotels and airbnbs only. If I am coming to you, please note that I may charge an additional outcall fee, please mention your suburb in your enquiry for a precise quote. In your enquiry please include name, age, preferred time and date of booking, length of booking, location and what you are looking to include during our time together.

Payment methods and screening:

Deposits and ID are always required for all bookings. I treat your privacy and personal information with the upmost care. These requirements are in place for my safety and to show your genuine intent and are non negotiable. For all bookings within Australia I accept deposits via Beem. Beem is a free app owned by the big 4 Australian Banks. It allows free, instant and non reversible payments. Deposits are to be paid promptly after enquiry via Beem to Luna99. Your booking is not secured until I have both a deposit and ID. The remaining fee is to be paid in cash upon your arrival.

Cancellations:

We all lead busy lives and sometimes life gets in the way of our plans. If you need to reschedule our booking please reach out and ask. If you cancel within 48 hours of our booking your deposit will be forfeited and I will request the remaining balance of the booking fee. In the rare instance that I may need to cancel, I will offer to reschedule our booking or alternatively if we cannot find a time that suits us both I will fully refund your deposit. Please note I cannot transfer over deposits to future tours if you cancel, due to the high cost of touring overheads.

Any disrespectful, violent or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.
